Tifosi XL Bike Bag includes two wheel bags, tool holder accessorie plus all the cardboard and bubble wrap I've used for packing in the past (including bottom of form protection).
You can squeeze a 27.5inch wheel in the wheel holder but not 29er wheels.
No holes and wheels both still run.
