2019 2 bikes - Canyon Spectral CFR (top carbon) + NEW frame

Extremely sad to see this bike go. This custom aggressive trail/enduro bike is super playful (27.5), light (30lbs I would say), maneuverable for our techy trails and fun. Bike of the year a few times and runner up other times. PLUS, has more travel then the current version of this bike! Only selling because I am looking to get more of a race bike.

ALSO - you get a brand new replacement frame that I paid for as a spare. More info on that below.

BRAND NEW:
- Unridden XT derailleur and XT shifter
- Galfer 203mm front rotor (rear 203mm rotor is only a few months old)
- Front Shimano metallic finned pads (rear is only a few months old)
- Extra full replacement frame

Recent replacement:
- Chain
- XT 11 speed wide range cassette
- Wolftooth traction 32T Chainring
- Front brake caliper XT (with an XTR Carbon lever)
- Rear tire (Dissector) installed at the end of the summer
- Front Assegai is a little older, but still has lots of life left

You are getting 2 top spec CFR frames (The carbon layup on these is much better than the regular carbon frames – stronger and lighter) with this purchase so you can build up a 2nd bike for cheap or keep it as a replacement option for the future. Or you can switch over all the parts and start off with practically a NEW bike.

The BRAND NEW frame comes with all the hardware. I had to buy a 2nd frame because I thought I had an issue with the pivot bolts. Ordered the new frame and then just before the order came in, my mechanic was able to fix the pivot bolt issues that have been problem free since. it would have cost a few hundred dollars to send back the frame so kept as a spare. Never needed it.

Keep as a spare or build up a 2nd bike for cheap.

Original frame does have a bit of heel rub before I ridewrapped it. And a few scratches here and there from regular riding but it is a matte finish so very hard to see. I clean it regularly, keep it maintained by a professional mechanic and am not good enough of a rider to kick the crap out of it. The white CANYON lettering on the downtube is vinyl that can be removed if you want (the white lettering has some wear – see new frame for what it looks like underneath).

DVO suspension has been amazing (2 yr old only Diamond D1 – top spec, and Topaz T3, both with regular services – last one was summer and have not ridden since). There is some scratching at the top of the D1 bridge as can be seen in the pictures, but just scratching – no issues. The Spank Vibracore wheels have been amazing as well.

Cheapest regular carbon bike from Canyon currently is about $4500 plus duty and shipping etc etc. So in the $5200 - $5500 range with way lower spec. This is the higher end Carbon lay up. You get 2 bike frames here, new parts and well serviced other parts.
