2019 V1 Megatower C Frame XL

V1 Santa Cruz Megatower C frame in Forest Service Green. XL size. 2019/20. Colors were the same for both years.

You know those ads for bikes and frames that state, ‘never crashed, or laid down’?

This isn’t that bike. Lots of little paint chips and scratches. It’s a Colorado bike, so there has been some paint fading. Had a fair bit of 3M clear bra for its life; if you look hard you can make out what was covered. Rear triangle is in the worst shape, BUT lucky for you I have an unused triangle included with sale. Munched a soft spot on the non-drive chainstay. Ordered a crash replacement rear end at the height of the Covid times. Took a bit longer than usual, so I epoxied the damage and kept riding. I weigh 200 pounds and am prone to making bad decisions, but the damage never got worse.

Good bombproof frame with pretty moderate geometry. Fairly progressive kinematics; really plays nicely with a coil. Likes to be ridden fast in a forward weight bias position. Pedals really well for a bike you can send off anything.
