27.5 Norco Range M (Complete Rebuild)

While the bike's geometry is bit older it's totally capable. It was completely rebuilt last year and only has one part that it was originally sold with (the seat post).

It will do 1:30 down little vapor, 3:59 down vapor tech and 1:04 down connector DH, so it's geometry isn't slowing it down.

Updates:

Frame.
- Custom professional paint job, Matte metallic blue powdercoat at Falcon Powder Coating in Kelowna, last year.
- A couple of dings in the lower part of the frame. no cracks. You can bring it back if you find one.
- Pink decals added with ride wrap cover for protection.
- Completely new automotive-grade bearings last year, in every bearing location. Things were expensive.
- Brand new Headset and bearings last year.

Fork is a 2019 Rock Shock Lyrik RCT3 (https://www.sram.com/en/service/models/fs-lyrk-rct3-c1).
- Rebuilt by Shred Shed, mid-last year. 10- 15 rides since then.
- Damping, high & low speed compression.
- 1 x token.
- Can also be run at 160mm.

Shock is a Fox Float RVS X2 with a custom tune. (https://www.spoke-store.com/fox-float-x2-factory-2018/#)
- 100% the correct stroke rate and length for the bike, validated by Shred Shed.
- 1 x token.
- The custom tune means that it uses slightly lighter oil and it ramps up more linearly.
- It climbs nicely once dialed in but it can also hit bigger drops and rough sections at speed.
- Rebuilt this year.

Brakes are Shimano XT.
- Front brakes are 4 x piston with metal pads on 160mm rotors.
- Rears are 2 x piston with metal pads on 140mm rotors.

Rims, Tires and Hubs.
- Rear Wheel & Hub - Brand new Spank rim last year, on an 'I have no idea what' hub. It's good quality from the sound and they wouldn't have rebuilt the wheel on it if it wasn't.
- Front Wheel & Hub - Flow rim, never bent on a Chris King Hub.
- Tires - Front (>80%) and (Rear ~70%) tubeless Maxxis DHF DD's with Stans. No slices or punctures.

Stem, Bars and Grips.
- RaceFace. I think the bars are 680mm. I think.
- Grips were new in September last year. Lock on.

Shifting.
- 1 x 11.
- XT shifter, SLX derailleur because why pay more.
- Cassette is 10 - 48 ish I think? I don't believe in monster gears. Build them legs.
- The cassette and chain should be replaced this year but should be ok until season end.

Cranks.
- Race face, 170mm.
- Pedals - I have flats if you need them, or can take the XT's that are on it, I usually use C brothers.

Seat, post and cables.
- This is the only weak part on the bike.
- The dropper seal blew last year. I still ride it like it is but it's not for everyone. Can adjust the price based on this.
- The cables are a bit clunky. To be honest it's probably how I have run them, but at times you need to move them in their sleeve.
- they weren't like that before I rebuilt it which makes me think it's fixable.

Why am I selling it?
- Rebuilding it was a fun project and I like giving things extra life but I've decided to put more focus on road riding and xterra's this year.
$2,100 CAD
