Original owner and recently purchased this frame new from Jenson, having never owned a Santa Cruz nor ridden a VPP suspension platform — I was curious. Update: yes, I have registered it. :(

Great frame, but I quickly came to the realization this frame is much more than I need. My compulsive purchase is your gain.

First ride was October 29, 2023 and the final ride was December 31st for a total of: 15 rides, 118.58 miles and 25:40 of riding time. It’s possible it’s 14 rides (may have ridden my other bike) but I’ll stick with 15.

This is the C frame (size large) and not the more deluxe CC carbon frame. I believe the difference is 200-300 grams.

The frame color is named translucent blue. Aptly named as you can see the carbon weave in good light. It is a classy, yet understated, paint job. Not sure if this is classified as a 2022 or 2023 model year, but since I bought it new a few months ago, I’m calling it a 2023.

The frame has the glovebox storage and the shock sag window. Note that the glovebox door in not waterproof. Frame has the Sram UDH hanger if you decide to splurge on the fancy Sram transmission.

Included is a newly purchased Chris King Dropset headset that has ~11 rides on it. I thought the original cane creek headset was creaking, after much investigating, re-greasing etc — it turned out it was a PNW post and not the headset. Expensive mistake, but you’re getting the most deluxe headset out of it. Win for you.

The stock shock is the previous generation Rockshox super deluxe — it has 3 rides on it. Has rebound and a climbing lockout.

There is a Rockshox Vivid with a Megatower 2 tune with 5 rides also for sale (amazing shock). I also ran a coil shock on it that I’ve since sold.

Frame is in fantastic shape. Never crashed. Did not RideWrap it — would rather get kicked in the groin than go through that process again. There is some scratches and abrasion inside the rear triangle as seen in the photos, but nothing that bad.

I have a new 170mm SDG Tellus dropper post that is a take off from another SC bike that I will include.

Left one of the cables in so you easily route or reuse it. There is foam tubing inside each side of the seat stay to quiet cable rattle. Seat collar and internal storage bags included.

Note: there is no option for 165mm travel option in the pulldown, it isn't 170 as the ad states.

Shipping included in the lower 48.
