Purchased Park Tools product on 1/12/15 and now 30/12/15. Won't answer emails from me or Amazon. Website "down for maintenance", no longer an eBay seller. Something tells me my money was taken just before they went under???

Used these guys a few times now. First was last summer, thought id take a punt on some cheap muddy mary's they had, earned enough of their points to get some free tubes too. Used them ever since, returned some shoes after crimbo (to small for the missus), no hassle and full refund as the others were out of stock. would definitely recommend.
Took my money, sent me nothing. Won't refund. Won't answer emails. Barred me for posting on their Facebook when I told the truth about what happened and my messages got deleted or removed. They said they would send refund, but nothing. They tell lies. Gone down hill last 6 months by all the bad reviews and complaints I've read about them.
No doubt this review will be removed but it's the truth.

The main reason I shop with these guys is they offer great service and give me points on every purchase, which I have not seen from a bike shop before.
Koo bikes look good at first stating price promise and rewards scheme... but they would not honour the 'price match promise'.
This leads me to wonder what else they won't honour!
The product I had requested a match on was within the conditions. The excuse I received was that they could not beat the price.... well thats not a price match proimise... is it!!!?
The item was a VDO A8+ Wireless cycle computer, Koo bikes priced at £26.52. Wiggles price £18. They would not match it and weren't very happy when I told them I will spread the word that they don't honour what is clearly stated on the website....!

I've used koo bikes a few times and to be fair to them ...their website does state that they will "...do our absolute best to match or better it..." - not "guaranteed to beat any price" as you seem to have interpreted it. If you managed to find it for 9 quid cheaper elsewhere why didn't you just buy it elsewhere? please don't say because "it was out of stock" because their price promise again states that "Product must be in stock on the day". Oh and their points scheme works, used it straight after buying some tyres last summer, managed to get free tubes from it

Good selection of products and always put in the extra effort to make sure that satisfaction is guaranteed. Would definitely recommend these to anybody
would really recommend. Prices were good and the customer service was the best I've found yet. Would use again for sure.
