For sale is a used Trek Slash 9.8 XT size XL gen 5 in factory orange/ carbon smoke. This bike has been used and does has marks, but nothing structural at all and the paint is still holding up really well and looking good. Most of the marks are light scuffs with a few small paint chips. This bike is sold as working and has just had a full going over make sure everything is running well. Spec as below: Frame - size XL carbon fibre. New frame bearings in December. Rear shock - Fox Float X2 factory 2pos. New last year. Forks - Rockshox Zeb Base - 170mm. (FS-ZEB-BSE-A2) These forks are one ride old. Wheels - Hope Pro 5 hubs (silver) fitted to Bontrager Line Elite Carbon rims. Tyres - Schwalbe Magic Mary front, Albert rear. Both are Gravity Pro Evo Radial in Super Soft. 2 rides old. Fitted tubeless. Brakes - TRP DH Evo - recently bled with new Galfer pro pads fitted in May 25. 220mm TRP rotors front and rear. Fitted about a year ago. Cranks - Shimano XT w/ 30t chainring. Gears - Shimano XT rear derailleur, XT Cassette, XT Chain, XTR shifter. New chain March 25, new shifter Feb 25. Bottom bracket - Uberbikes Ceramic BB. Chain guide - MRP bash guard and top guide. Seatpost - Oneup V2 with 240mm drop shimmed to 220mm drop. New Sept 24. Handle bars - Onoff carbon bars. One ride old. Stem - Onoff stem. One ride old. Grips - Onoff grips. One ride old. Saddle - Deity This bike is running nice and smooth at the moment having had quite a lot of time spent on it with maintenance. Bike comes with some small extras which are almost new set of Galfer wet weather pads. Spare X2 volume spacer. Bolt kit if you want to get back to a trunion mount shock. 2 volume spacers for the Zeb fork. Down tube internal storage bag with some basic tools in. For sale is a used 2022 Fox Racing Shox DHX2 factory coil shock - 2 position adjust. This shock was brand new to me about a year and a half ago so is used but is feeling really plush. This shock was fully serviced by TF tuned Feb 2024, so has been about 5 months since service. In the service TF replaced the main shaft as well as fully serviced the whole shock. Genuinely the shock felt so much more planted after this service. Generally condition is really good except a small mark to the sticker on the head of the shock just above the tune code. Shock tune code - VVC (this seems to be a very common tune) Shock is a 230mm length eye to eye and the stroke is adjustable from 60 - 65mm in 2.5 increments. Currently the shock has a 2.5mm shim installed making it a 62.5mm stroke. This shim can be removed to make the stroke 65mm, or an additional 2.5mm shim can be purchased elsewhere to make a 60mm stroke. Shock comes with one set of bushings (again new at last service). Shock is 100% working and ready to go. Postage within the UK included in price.
