Of course you can find some things cheaper online, but it's not the same as a Local Bike Shop. Westpoint cycles people in my experience are fun and welcoming, and knock themselves out to order whatever you need if they don't already have it in stock. Their advice is great, and if they don't know the answer to a question, they'll find out or suggest where else to ask. I'm really chuffed that this shop is in my neighborhood.
West Point have been my go-to bike shop for over ten years now, and for good reason. The customer service is unfailingly 11/10 - they frequently go far above and beyond the call of duty to keep me rolling, or find a creative solution to a bike related problem. So glad to have these guys taking care of my bikes!
