I recently had a shoe delivered (5 Five Ten), which had horrible glue problem.
Send in required documentation, and had to email again if they recieved it, and yes they did. It's now been 3 weeks since I send it and still nothing. I have followed up on the case, and still nothing!

if you live in Europe this is probably the cheapest online store where you can order your bike-(parts) with no delivery cost. and a great communication when you have ordered your stuff,
