I am not easily offended, but I was astounded at the rude and demeaning attitude foxnrox shoved at me. I tried to book a full van shuttle using the method his website said (contacting him directly), and he sharply told me to go back to the website. I explained the website was no help because the calendar wouldn't pull up in order to book, and he said "there you go" as if that explained everything. The pursuant conversation was me trying to bring him business and give him the benefit of the doubt, but he quickly cured me of compassion and understanding. I am a local who doesn't need a shuttle very often and I will be sure to steer business to the other companies around.
