looks like every other bike too me. plus the heat discoloring from the welding looks horrible, especially on the gusset for the head tube. would rather have one painted instead of the rawed look.

It's probably the 24s that make it look bad. It looks great with 26s in my opinion:

looking at it again i have to agree with Gary. its ugly. lately theirs been alot of these companies that offer super cheap, high end (supposedly), perfect geometry, lightweight strong metals from Japan, etc. hard tails. honestly companies are going to have to try harder. there is TONS of small companies offering the same thing now. none of them are going to get any were unless they start offering proof that there bikes are good or have revolutionary technology.

anybody with welding skills, a welder, some metals and a few machines can easily build a bike frame. its not that hard. the hard part is actually being able to thing of new things and be able to create decent designs.

Exactly how much more can the design of a hardtail progress..

This bike looks great, short stays, integrated headset, horizontal dropouts with a derailleur hangar, good geo with both 24" and 26" wheels, ISCG tabs..

This is a decent design.. there's no point in progressing for simply the sake of progressing.

I think it looks pretty good as well, and the discoloration in the heat affected zone from the welding process is quite unique, something I like in bikes as long as it isn't too out there. I would much prefer this look to the crazy curved tubes that a few manufacturers offer now (ie norco).

Ugh, hydroforming. I don't mind a few curves, like on the SC Jackal, and V-10, but the new Specialized and Norco bikes are just ridiculous.
