Words such as "f*ck", "shit", "goddamnit", "son of a bitch", "i'm gonna die", "why can't i stay on my bike", "this is gonna be painful", "thank god i have insurance", and so forth.
#1... alot of swearing #2...denial "it didnt just happen" #3...depression "cring after the accident (just kidding) #4...saying whatever, whats done is done #5...try it again
but i don't really get hurt that bad, i wear the proper protection. but i did manage to pop a camelback which kinda stunk.
or heres another one "i hope i don't break my bike, it will cost me more to fix it then to fix me".
i wish their was OHIP for bikes .
but the one that i think of the most is "what the hell just happened!", i seem to get that one alot since 95% of my crashes just happen with out me thinking of it. like i was out this summer biking on a trail and then i wasn't going to fast, then bam! over the handlebars landed flat on my back and somehow bounced a few times, just sat their for a second, thinking "what the hell did i do??". turns out it was like a 26er that had mud in it. (and if you don't know what a 26er is, its when someone digs a hole that fits a tire perfectly, pretty much to send someone over their bars.
mostly sharp rocks or my stem the rest bounces off it lol
lol i'm supprised the canadians havnt jumped on this one with the vwear a helmet rant
best comment i have ever seen on pinkbike! another one that does my head in is the "lbs" rant - i have no problem with the theory of it but they cant assume its practical for everyone. maybe its britain or just me . feel free to respond to this
