Due to the popularity of discussions on the Sexiest AM/Enduro Bike Thread, I've decided to make a specific post for talking about nothing but frames.

Feel free to post pics of AM/Enduro bikes with 120-170mm travel, but please, lets keeps all discussions to that bikes frame, design, geometry, weight, cost, reliability, colors, etc. Discussion of components should be limited to those of new bike build kits only.

A good reference for frame design and performance is: http://linkagedesign.blogspot.com/

Discussion of the varying types of full-suspension frame designs can found here: Basic Full Suspension Types / Reference With Pictures

Throw one out there for kicks:

My current favorite interest, the 2014 Norco Range Carbon.

Lots of anti-squat while still being fairly active, 160mm rear suspension, full carbon, cheapest model can be had for $3600.

Unsecure image, only https images allowed: http://www.dirtragmag.com/userfiles/norco2014-1.jpg

That Norco linkage is almost the same angle as the seatstay. Cool

It's mainly the seat tube and top tube junction that's extremely ugly IMO. But at least this will fit bike racks!!! Damn nomad is a pain to haul around on a car

Is it the tiny T-rex like linkages? Sharp contrast to the huge rear swingarm molds

Not digging many Evils either. Shape seems odd, however, I have not ridden one so I can't judge.

The Norco is nice I just wish they had not copied Devinci for the colors...
