Anyone got one yet or spotted a review anywhere?

I'm curious as well. Kind of strange a bike with these specs and pricing is somewhat flying under the radar.

A local Marin dealer will get an Alpine Trail XR in size large next week. I'm leaning towards buying one for next season and I may be able to give some info once I took a look at it.

Nope, nothing new that I have seen. About a month away from new bike day!!

Would also love to know someone's riding impressions!
I have a META AM 29 on order, but I'm considering cancelling it and ordering this Alpine Trail XR instead.
Geometry is pretty bang on, and the components are solid.

Sounds like a delay due to component manufacturers not having parts. Bummer for sure.

Yeah bicyclesonline said Shimano couldn't keep up with the demand. Sucks.

I'm riding a 2020 AT 8 that I just installed a Cane Creek coil shock on. This bike is already amazing. The updates that went into the XR will be worth the wait.

I've also been wondering why there's not a single review out there. They have delivered the bikes to their sponsored athletes so you'd think they would've sent them out to to biggest names for review also already. Btw has there been info about the weight of the bike anywhere?

Apparently the sponsored riders only got frames, the delay is with the parts...

Ah true that must be the case. If only they actually sold this as a framekit only as well.

I tried to get my hands on a model in Germany, delivery date was pushed back from April to the end of June...
