I bought it for $300 because I got a really good deal. It's in great condition, a few scratches but otherwise no dents, almost brand new. It's also got a linear cable instead of the stock one. It's a bit on the heavy side though, so I'm wondering what are the main heavy parts on it I can begin to swap out. Btw the bike is like 32.5 pounds.

!!!EDIT!!!: Ok, soon I'm planning on getting these parts:
Stem: S&M Reckneck XLT (Save me a good 1/4 pound) Pegs: G-Sport Plastic Pegs (Save me a good 2.5 pounds o_O) Seat/Post: Macniel pivitol stump post + macniel capital seat (Save me a good 1 pound) Petals: Oddsey PC petals (Save me a good 1/4 pound) Grips: Some random grips that are orange and look comfortable =p)
So in total this stuff is gonna cost me like 140$ max. I'm getting the stem off a bud for only 25$ and the other stuff I'm ordering off dans comp. In total, I should shave off an easy 4 pounds or more from only 140$ while laying down a color sheme to my bike. (The seat post will be orange, the pc pedals will be orange, and the grips will be orange, along with the cable already on the bike) Pretty excited about this.
Ok, so I'll try to find some lighter tires and tubes, cut down the seat post. And eventually, I'm probabley gonna swap frames to a 20.5 TT frame with 13.75 Chainstays. This frame is probabley quite heavy and the geo could be better, but I'll do that later on.
If you have a lot of cash to put towards to this bike, then almost everything, handlebars, forks, stem, seat/seatpost (pivotal to really reduce the weight), sprocket, cranks, and the wheels (the wheel rotating to less weight will bring the weight down, you can feel it too). You can do that or you can sell that bike save up for something lighter or build a custom bmx.
A few things you can do now to reduce weight is take off the brakes and cut down your seatpost.
new cranks, stock ones are heavy new fork, as far as i know Dk forks are rediculouisly heavy new stem, or even just an old light one make sure not to get heavy wheels. they weigh you down ALOT. i currently run 14mm in the front. if you can afford it, but a new fork and front wheel asap. also, make sure its 10mm OR 14mm axle studs. that should bring it down.
Chris saw the bike and couldn't believe I only payed 300$ for it. He said if I hadnt bought it jamie woulda bought it and probabley sold it for 600$-700$. And for 300$ I woulda go nothing off jamie.
