Well just recently i switched the frames on my bike, and when i put my back tire on my new frame, when i lift my bike up and drop it, the thing in the center of your rim, hub i think, anyways it moves, what do i do about this

i pushed the frame down on the things that come out and tightened it all thew way, and it went from a norco ryde to a velocycle lightning and im not sure what hub it is

On the front or back? or both? I'm guessing the back unless you swapped forks also.

It sounds like you may have a spacing issue in the rear. Is it 135mm rear frame?

undo the bolt take a pictur of the axle through the drop out so we can see if its the same size or not

he needs to get some spanners and tighten up the cones which have to be snug with the bearings or else the hub moves around even if you tighten the axle - which he did.
