I know there are multiple threads on this topic but i am thinking of getting a new frame (i have a medium santa cruz chameleon with fox 36 Van forks) I want something that has a longer wheelbase (i'm 6"1) and that will take the Fox 36's.

Im really interested in the Transition vagrant but cant seem to find any for sale, does anyone know where i could get one? and are there any other options???

alright thanks, gonna do a bit of research on them see if they can better the transition, and as for the Banshee morphine it looks like its just as short as my chameleon, just more freeride orientated, but i will check that out

thanks for your help

what about the .243 fr and dh frames, they might be longer and they look great

Evil Imperial if you can find one, they have 3 wheelbase settings, the longest one it's pretty crazy, make the bike very stable.

Norco Rampage (06 or 09 are best)

i think mine hits the spot for a freeride hardtail. 06 Kona Stuff. origanly bought it as a street/dirt bike when i was dumb, only just realising it sucks and is to big. but after spending a bit, ive found it its lush for freeride! What you think!??

thats pretty pimp, im just struggling with what frames, i need something quite long due to my height because i feel almost cramped up when it comes to the tighter stuff, the chameleon is fine for drops and hammering downhill

bigquotesmuch difference between the NS's?

I'm not the most knowledgable (I own a GT Tempest), but I was going to buy a hardtail freerider for a while, and the Bitch is meant for Dirt Jump, even though it started out as a freeride, they moved it more towards dirt jump... The Surge is a true hardtail freeride frame, geometry more similar to the NS Core....

Overall, I'd go for the Surge....
