front is not always necessary some competitions say you have to but they normally dont care as long as you have one working brake, bars are 100% personal preference but to have guide line say 711mm upwards and no more then 50mm rise but as i said total personal preference

Yeah.

Why so much travel up front? And the Absolut is a perfect choice, I think. Lightest out there, no?

Why not a LG1+? That would be lighter than the backplate of the LG1
