i was going to build it with

Fox 36 Talas RC2 (its adjustable so i can adjust to terrain 160, 130, 100)
Fox DHX 5.0
Juicy 5's
Rest just some light shit
If you have no budget I recommend this build:

Frame: BottleRocket
Fork: 36 TALAS RC2
Wheelset: Hope Pro II's laced to Mavic 729's
Cranks: Shimano XTR's or Middleburn's
Chainguide: e.13 LG1+
Deraileur: Shimano Saint
Shifter: Shimano Saint
Cassette: Shimano Dura-Ace
Brakes: Formula The One's with 185mm rotors.
Seatpost: Thompson Elite or Masterpiece
Saddle: Anything that you think is comfortable.
Bars: Nukeproof Warhead
Stem: Thompson or Straitline
Grips: Whatever you like
Pedals: Wellgo MG1's
Tires: Maxxis Highrollers
Tubes: The lightest ones you can find.
switch the bolded suff. for the fork get the fox 36 float rc2 (lighter and the bike was desinged with an axle to crown hight of the 36), road casset, and kenda block 8's (super light and super gripy! i love mine! i droped like 2 pounds off my bike by putting them on!)

The Talas is a 36. The 36 comes in a Vanilla and Talas model. Same ATC height but different internals.

Yes, the Float is the lightest out of the Fox 36 but it is negligible. The Talas is a lot more adjustable on the fly which is a cool feature to have. I think I'd take the extra 30 grams and ride a Talas over a Float.
