ex. for dinner tonight i had a double quarter pounder w cheese, large fries, med coke at 4 pm. After work, i had half a medium pizza (meat lovers) i dont think its a LOT, do you?

not really theres body types to consider and how much you are active plus it is all a ratio of what goes in and what comes out burning calories and such. Its Unhealthy to eat what you were eating but its not excessive
I am 5'10" and currently weigh around 185lbs. I am working hard to cut some weight though, want to be around 170-175 by summer. Bought my gym pass one month ago and stepped on the scale a little over 190....it's coming along.
