these rims will hold up to all you abuse. i have put 2 seasons of abuse on them and their still going strong. just have a truing stand or be able to know how to true your rims for best performance

I oredered a pair of "Hope Hoops - Pro 2 On Mavic EX 721 Rim" over 2 months ago now and they are still out of stock, so i consider to buying the outlaws instead.

So basically, but pushing in the lever, you squeeze the caps in the dropouts, pushing the caps into it, creating a force to hold the wheel on.
