Just picked up a 2021 Commencal meta AM frame and got a pretty good deal as the bearings need doing and it was a bit tatty around the old invisiframe.
Anyway, I’ve got everything stripped down apart from the main Chainstay pivot, I’ve not gonna too hard at it yet for fear of tightening it if I turn it the wrong way, but I believe the smaller part comes out of the brake (non-drive side) is it a standard (lefty loosey) thread?
Any secret tips for taking this part of the frame apart?

I haven’t done a tear down in a minute, but I believe you need to wrench it from both sides simultaneously (loosening lefty, yes). This post has the schematic. https://www.reddit.com/r/commencal/comments/pb4fds/2021_commencal_meta_am_tear_down_and_findings/

Got it sorted now, it was ‘lefty loosey’ it was just bloody tight, not far off being seized!
Does anyone in the UK happen to have some spare 'internal routing frame plugs' they'd be willing to sell? Ideally one without a hole and one with 2 holes?
A 200mm PNW Rainer or Loam dropper post will fit a size Large 2022 Meta TR.
There still seems to be room as well, so other longer droppers may also fit.
Rainer has insertion length of 300mm, Loam is 290mm.
One up 240mm dropper is 337mm. I cant confirm this would fit, but it looks likely.
There were a couple of other comments elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything definitive when I was looking, so figured this was a good place to put it.

Don't have a spare, but you can purchase them from Commencal
I found then on the Commencal website, but 27€ shipping for a 2€ part is a bit too excessive haha!
I did see those generic ones, I’ll have a measure up and see what fits, cheers!
