Beep tests?

ahha, just takes practice. everytime you feel like quitting, push yourself to go for another stage,

yea man, thats what i try to do, always go up atleast .5 last time i did it i stoped and felt like i was gunna die Razz

Well Im in this class in school called Sports Perfomance.. Basicaly have to be at the school at 7 in the morning every monday and wednesday and Ive done a few beep tests. I got to level 14 and somthing whatever it was... Its great training on the off-season.

I did it a few weeks ago and got level 13 before nearly passing out in the sports hall, jeans and a shirt and tie were a bad choice!

but it was a part of the fortnightly tests during my job and minimum allowed was 12 to pass.
