go buy a frame and use your HT parts on it.

a frame can easily cost $1000+, even the used ones on here are around $800 used. and with $200 left over, good luck getting parts for it, you might be able to get supercycle parts for that much.

have u looked at the buy and sell.. sure some frames cost 800 bucks... some don't. there is 06 stinky d.. on for 600.. they range from 400 and up... if he spends around the 500-700 range. HE Can get a pritty good full sus frame.

also he has a HT. 80% of the parts can be swapped over. depending what parts he has...

You can get a brand new 08 stinky d for 1100 canadian.. so older years are cheaper..

yeah, as mentioned above, theirs nothing that you can really get for $1000. the only full suspension bike you might be able to get for $1000 is a cross-country bike. but then you also said it needed 6+ inches of travel. my best advice would to just be to save up. its winter now so theirs not alot of riding going on, maybe shovel driveways or get a job for a bit and you will be suprized at how much your money will grow.

ive already made about 600 bucks this year shoveling driveways and i live in southern ontario

last time i looked, they only have the dirtbike mountain bikes, the flamey cruisers, and the supercycle with the fenders and 2 inches of travel. but he wants a 6+ bike that will actually stay together.

He's in the wrong price range for it.

Try the buy/sell section, I've seen a few sx trails in there for that. Try to find an enduro.
