The link above is what I ended up with, I do believe. You just want normal caps for the hub. Your local shop should be able to order. With a search, you should be able to come up with a part #.

I'm going through this same problem and cannot freakin' find a shop that carries this part! I must've called at least 10 shops so far. Anyone had any luck??

The local shop ordered mine. It is not a part that would be stocked.

I went through this last year. Ended up calling WorldWide Cyclery and they tracked down the the end caps that allowed me to use 716 MTH hubs on a fox fork.

Literally any bike shop should be able to order the parts to convert the hub, however i doubt any shop would have them in stock ready to go.

Thanks fellas, I couldn't wait any longer (they're on back order for a few weeks) so I ended up buying a new wheel...safe riding y'all!

Im having the same issue with my Santa Cruz Bronson! I ordered a brand new 2021 fox 36, and swapped the fork out in the parking lot of my bike park, only to realize that i couldnt ride! does anyone know what worldwide cyclery part it is?

I don't think the part exists. I found a machinist near me and he made me custom caps for $40 bucks.....which was way cheaper than buying new wheels!

I believe this is the p/n (710845750717), someone else posted that p/n a couple of months ago, you can do a google search on it but all the shops I called were backordered at least 1 month. Try this one too, 00.1918.145.008....good luck!

Its just a normal cap that was before they came out with that new torque cap. They exist, but no one will stock it. Have to order from Sram.

Found a solution that's actually in stock...for now.

https://konaparts.com/product/hub-parts-110x15mm-non-torque-conversion-end-caps/

I just received these and they fit perfect on the SRAM 716. The description on Konaparts says one cap so I ordered qty of 2. I received 2 pairs.

Hopefully Kona will keep these in stock.

Just running into this problem now. No online shop seems to carry these end caps and links from the previous comments don't exist anymore. Anyone able to figure this out? My bike looks sad with a brand new 36 and no front wheel Frown

I’m also having this same issue. I tried the SRAM XO conversion caps because they were readily available from Amazon.com. No luck! I’m still in search of a solution. ????
