tires are a pretty good way to shave weight... holy rollers aren't TOO bad, but there's better... today i shaved 2.5 pounds off my bike simply by switching the tires... i had no idea how bad some tires can be...

if you it to be lighter the fork has to go put an argle/pike/rigid fork (if you like it).

Go for an SDG I-Beam seat and post setup. Lightest post/seat set up I know of.

haha!!! nah the seat post already is really short...and i like noing that i will never get a blow out, or puncture.

ive decided to get a pivital seat seatpost combo, new lighter chain, single bolt seat clamp, new tyres, and i need new cranks (not sure whichonesto get yet tho) and new pedals (also not sure which nes to get) and i have new wheels (24seven with gold hubs Smile )
