The KHE tires doesnt have that deep threads so if your riding dirt i would maybe choose table tops or small block 8´s if you can get those in 24"

I only suggested the KHE's because of their low weight.
Those tyres are very good aswell.

For a light build...

Rear rim: Mavic 321

Rear tire: KHE Mac2 park

Correct me if im wrong but arnt they 26" rims?
yes the 321 are 26. sorry im just used to 26" wheels. why are you running 24's???

because i am coming from a bmx so it wont feels as weird riding bigger wheels and i just prefer 24'' in general as they are easier to chuck around and so on.

For a light build...
Frame: NS Suburban 24" 2008
Forks: Black market contraband fork 2.49 lbs
bars: black market badabing bars
Stem: black market underboss stem
Front hub: NS simple 9mm roller
Rear Hub: Hope pro 2 trials
Front rim: alienation runaways 500 grams
Rear rim: alientation runaways
Front tire: KHE Mac2 park
Rear tire: KHE Mac2 park
seatpost: federal pivotal seatpost
Seat: federal slim seat (lightest on the market right now)
Pedals: wellgo mg-1 with ti spindle
cranks: demolition medial LT 2.0 with ti spindle

with this build and no brakes the bike would be around 21 pounds. but that would be nuts. The bold are the ones i suggested, so most everything

another option would be schwalbe table top tires. thats what i run, lightest tire if you still want the option to ride dirt.

badabing bars snap.

i was just making the most lightweight build i could think of above.

i use the NS district high rise, heavy but feel soo good. my bike is only 24 pounds with a brake so i don't really mind the heavy bars

oh, i had a point of posting it but forgot to say it.

to the original guy, since you didn't list brakes and you want 24's and since your doing a custom wheelset anyway you should get a capital, its such a nice frame!!!! i had a sub 26 and this thing is alot more fun

wat is the diffrence the cap is slightly lighter and slacker and the sub is slightly stronger and comes in 26 and 24 and has disc mounts

If i had that bike i could make it a fair bit lighter in my opinion...
