screw the bullit and transition.

take a good look into the demo.

and i dont know much about the sythe. but it looks decent aswell

imo i cant think of a better bike for dh and fr than the demo 7. it just is perfect at anythign. slap a boxxer on it and take out the travel chip and bam you have a sick dh race bike, or put on a totem and you have a huck bike that will break you before you break it. its a win win in both ways! Razz

ti frame? if your talking about the one i own, the color is TI. the material is m5 aluminum. most bike cos use a5 or a4 aluminum. m5 aluminum is stonger, lighter, but is harder to work with, thus it being a expensive bike. i would say demo 7/ or 8

Honestly.. the Scythe. I've ridden both and I wasn't really impressed with the demo 7. I mean it's not a bad bike, but there is nothing special about it. The Scythe on the other hand will honestly out-preform a lot of 8"+ bikes. The there is almost no frame flex on that bike, it's relatively light (8lbs or so for frame and shock) and bomb proof.

Demo 7 = 7"
Demo 8 = 8"
Demo 9 = 9" (no longer in production)

demo 7 can have 7.7 inches if you take out the travel chip.

hey HBfreerider, how is the the banshee scythe, loks to be an awesome bike, what are some down sides to the bike? and how dodes it preform in Dh races?

id go with the blindside all the way. transition has by FAR the best customer service and their frames are amazingly well built. also they are laterally very stiff.

i havent ridden a demo yet but it makes me wonder how much of the "get a demo for DH!" is pure sam hill hype.

i like knowing if something F**KS up on my transition that they will back me up all the way. can anyone say the same about some of these other companies?
