i definitely wouldnt say they were stronger than profiles. id say only devices and hollowbites are stronger than profiles
Twombolts stronger than Profiles, quite unlikely. Devices stronger than Profiles, maybe but I kind of have my doubts. Hollowbites, definitely.
i have a pair of hollowbites on my blk mrkt riot and a pair of device on my L.T.F and theyre both top notch imo

Seen pics of all of them broken too!
The only cranks I havn't seen broken yet which no one has mentioned yet are the Eclat Tibia cranks.

I'm riding 1664's right now and they're great. I should've mentioned them earlier.
And MOOREJ, all parts can break obviously, it's just how easily or frequently that matters.

Profiles.
I have seen profiles survive things that no crank should.
