like it tanned out. What size are those specialized?

Just 2.3s. Running them on Silt XC rims which only have 25mm internal width.

look like a good size

Also converted to 140 mm, DebonAir on a A1.
-2 angle headset.
2.35 Schwalbe Hand Damph infront and 2.35 Schwalbe Nobby Nic in the back.
Got them for free and worked way better than the Ardents.

After the picture was taken both brake discs has been replaced with 203 mm.
Which has been really nice.

A couple of cheap upgrades that made the bike better for what I'm riding (so I sold my 26" DH-bike).
Inspired be this thread and that a new bike is far away.
But buying bikes to the kids is also awesome!

pike is @ 130
debating a grip 2 36 i have spare and 140/angle set, but im pretty happy with it as it sits.
I swapped to a 210 oneup dropper after the picture. It's completely slammed now.
I'm also considering swapping the rear wheel to carbon or just something stiffer than the stock wtb. It's been rebuilt around a dt350 so it's decent in that regard at least.

Has anyone tried 27.5 wheels on their 111? I found out this was possible from connor fearon's slalom bike and i've been considering giving it a try. With a 130 fork the geo calc puts the BB around 320 so I may need shorter cranks. I would only be using it for groomed or paved flow/jump trails and dual slalom so maybe not even. Thoughts?

Sounds like a blast if you don't have to pedal through rock gardens! I had mine set up in the end with a 130 and slackset (1degree I think). Had a lot of fun on that bike.

I rebuilt the stock monarch with a new debonair can and put a few bands in there. Pumped it up to 300 psi and i absolutely love it. It's so buttery off the top, then it ramps up a bunch in the mid stroke and is only using about 3/5 of the travel on decent sized hits. It gets amazing traction and just rockets out of berms and off jumps and feels bottomless. I have a mrp ramp control in the fork and I set up the progression to feel similar front to back and it's just so good.

I've got a same gen 134 27.5 that I dropped travel to around 120mm with a 184x44 shock (stock is 190x50) and 130mm fork. Same idea, pump tracks, dad-sized jumps, etc. Total parts bin build to just screw around on. No photos on my phone but I'll post some up later. I also need some shorter cranks.

I'd love a new version 111 with the Process X's geo but somewhere around 120r / 130f, 29er of course. Or stretch out and slacken the Hei Hei.

Anyone convert a 111 to singlespeed?

I Have. I used a Paul freewheel hub, and a derailleur as a tensioner. I would have used a Paul tensioner, or something similar, but I wanted to ride it at an event and I was running out of time.

I think the 111 is potentially a great SS XC/downcountry bike, my set up was a little clunky and heavy though.

Hi y'all! I realise most people on here are not in the UK but I wanted to advertise that I am selling my beloved 2017 Process 111 frame in XL. It is such a great bike but I have to downsize.

It is the yellow one on UK ebay currently. I have only lurked these forums and bought stuff from the classifieds so this is my first forum post.

ps. would consider international post but not mad about it

Wow, that’s not a budget build !

Genuine question, why did you choose to invest in a frame design this old ?
I also have one and enjoy it, so I kind of understand but why not a newer 134 or similar and newer from a different brand ?
