Now I'm back into it and getting into a gym next month so I can get back on shape

If you go fast enough or you're not prepared for it, it can be a bit of a kicker. The trail takes a hard right up a set of rock steps about 20' after the bottom so you need to be ready for it. Fun little feature in a great riding area full of scary stuff!
