according to mojo you would need a 323 lb so either a 300 or 350.

looks good mate erm spose it depends on what you plan to use the bike for if your going to be nailing dh then your prob best of sticking with the 40`s ive never owned any but ridden a few diff bikes with them on and love em!
i own totem solo`s an there defo the best single crown fork ive owned an theres been a few over the years!

400 is going to be too much for you and you're going to lose all small bump sensitivity and good feeling of the dw link

buy a 325 if you can and if you cant a 350..

Why do you like stiff suspension? That pretty much goes against the reasons for buying a bike like the Sunday.

Currently a Marzo 66RC and top end Progressive 5th element.
They do the job and have the amount of adjustment I need.

On my new bike I am switching to a DHX5 air, and eventually either tossing on a Totem, newer 66, or maybe even a 36. Depends on how my riding style evolves with the new bike.

heres the fleet...

Gary Fisher BITTER: rockshox domain 318IS

Norco 250: rockshox argyle 409 solo air

Specialized Big Hit 1: custom marzocchi 66 rc-3 (with nickel uppers) (warenty and is not shown in my pics) and a fox DHX 5.0

For a 2006 Norco Atomik.

Fork: Marzocchi Super T:
200mm travel.
Adjustments on stiffness.
Overall a really good fork.

Rear Shock: Fox DHX 3.0
8.1" of travel.
Rebound adjustments.
Stiffness adjustments.
Probably rather a 5.0 but the 3.0 is great.

Spring: Manitou 300lb x 3.0
A bit squeeky.
Pretty good.
Soon changing to a Fox 350lb x 2.80 spring.
