Really hope trek have listened to feedback overall for the new slash. I've had some many issues with mine that I doubt I'd ever buy a trek again, but hope they nail the new one.
Been so frustrated by initially a snapped chainstay whilst riding in la thuile, then warranty frame having the thrushaft shock which is awful. I have asked trek why they spec the thrushaft and not the super deluxe like their pro enduro team use, their answer is the thrushaft is more of a trail shock.....on their enduro bike!?
I've had a slash since late 2016, and have only very recently felt like it's riding well with a megneg and new lyriks.
I just spotted 3 2020 Remedy 8s and 9.8s in our shop's basement so they are out there still. 2021's prolly announced in a month or so I'm guessing as I've seen a 2021 Fuel show up on Trek's dealer website.
