Have been looking at the Orange bikes site from Australia.
There appears to be no more Five in the lineup, only the Evo.
Does anyone have any information on a new revamped Five?

What would you like to know?

The Five Evo can run 27.5 or 29er tires. The max on the 29er is a 2.25.

Swapped parts from stage 5 frame to this

Brand new frame, swapped parts from an old frame. So far feels good.

Hello Orange people.
I have an Orange Alpine 160 2015 26 "and I spoke with OrangeBikes.UK asking if I could fit 27'5" wheels by moving the front plate in the position that you see a free hole and the seat tube is closest to the swingarm. From my checks there is no problem, but someone has done it, do you have the Alpine 26 from 2014/2015 with 27'5 "wheels? I'll also ride my 2013 Orange Patriot with 27'5"

Best regards

I also wanted to ask how to put photos, I haven't been on pinkbike for a long time and I don't know how to do it.
Thanks

^how to upload a photo is detailed on here

Easiest way though is to email it to post@pinkbike.com

Then you need the url of the photo once it's uploaded to pinkbike. For example it could be "https://www.pinkbike.com/photo/20077667/"

In bold is the number you use to post the photo in the forum. On desktop, when creating a forum post, there's a nice pinkbike image logo, you click that and then paste the number in there.

Or you can type [PI=][/PI] and just stick the number in the middle (between the two sets of brackets).

[PI=]20077667[/PI] --- Like that

Hey guys!

I am talking to a guy selling a 2018 Stage 6... Any feed back on that frame? Does anybody ride it with a coil shock? I ve ridden several Orange in the past ( Patriot, Gyro, 223 and a Five 27.5 that I didn't like) ... I.loved my 26 and 29er but never felt balanced on the Five... Anyway any feed back highly appreciatedWink

Check the rear triangle by the drop outs for hairline cracks, most the failures on Oranges from that rear end happened around there, also there is an Orange Riders group on Facebook, quite a lot of info on there. Link below Salute

Quick question, I have a 7+ and the only forks I have that are not leaking are some 140mm revelation dual airs, will 140mm travel be fine on a 7+? Just want to make sure it's not too little as the other forks I have are 66ata but need full strip and rebuild before I can use them and currently don't have time to do that.
