my problem is i am not strong enough to do chin-ups and i cant afford weights so does anyone know a home exercise like push-ups but fot biceps. thanks.
I've looked into this quite a few times to find something new.. But your best bet is to buy dumbbells, alot of at home workouts help shoulders pecs and chest and triceps.
Only things that help biceps are getting big Water bottles fill them up and rep those for along time... and chin ups (but you said you couldn't do them) So the water bottles or something that you can find to lift yourself.

do jumping chin ups, but really biceps wont help as much as you think, do some push ups and ab work outs to get a strong core aswell
