I've seen the GT40 kit cars/replicas and they look decent. Hope you can convince him to get one.

Those minis stirred some memories. Shitty pics of my old ones from 20 years ago……

Shitty? I like retro pictures with the funky colors. That's why I buy older car books.

Pictures of pictures always look rough. These were developed 20 years ago and been sat in a box since…

Nice. Your old cars?

I have an album full of Mini pictures I found online - https://www.pinkbike.com/u/kinny-pb/album/Mini-Radness/

Yeh both mine from early 00s. Red one started as a 1990 cooper. Got sick of seeing loads of red and white ones so painted the roof black, changed the front to mk1 and got rid of the stripes. Also lowered way too much for a daily! Blue clubman was a full ground up build. Cage, buckets, 10s, steel flip front, 1398cc, straight cuts, ran 120bhp at 5500rpm but pulled to 7k so was pretty lairy.

Nice little folder you’ve got going there!

Sounds good. I don't drive but would love an original Mini if I could afford one. They're pretty expensive these days too.

I have a photo album on Facebook with nearly 900 pictures, but can't link it because it's my personal profile.

Yeh prices have gone crazy for pretty much anything!

Yup. I think I'll need to win the lottery to afford a Mini. Although I work part-time, so I don't have enough to afford one.

Maybe one day.

Also spotted this on Fascistbook -
