As they are both 2021 remedy 8’s, the only change that I see is the super deluxe and new paint. But the 2021 rail 9 comes with a super deluxe thru shaft and new rockshox zeb.

Update is confirmed, I canceled my order. Will wait around 30-60 days for the 2021

Hope this is usefull for someone in my situation.



That guy that confirmed july or august.. How can you say that? Is that the usual?

I'll back him up. I was told the earlier end of his spectrum.

Also, do those mtbr renderings have the remedy 8 with carbon rims? Not gonna happen. Also, there should be a drop in rim specs on some of the 9.x models.

No carbon rims.... there have been 2021 Remedies sold already. Many stores that were on their shit with backorders have them. Want one? Phone around. No frame changes in the alloy model at least.

That's the usual, the trek dealer said. He hasn't taken remedy and slash 2020 after may.

In fact i believe that it seems like brands are launching their models more and more these days. Seems like that time of the year maybe?

Fox new coil or air shock. 170mm
New line 30 pro bontragger wheels
Installed foam and tubeless to protect the wheels.

Unfortunately this post should be titled TREK SLASH 2022?

Usual model updates or new models is middle of summer for Trek, i.e. 2021 models already starting to come out and there is NO NEW SLASH this season. Wait until next year for the 2022 update...one season overdue.
