Revamp of the m3 nearly done.
Giving the m3 a facelift, now to decide what kind of font to use and pinstripe.

I want to leave the front black to keep it clean and sleek looking. Think il just seperate the black and white with gold.

That is good looking! I think you should go for a font close to this one http://www.1001freefonts.com/prototype.font

Great job!

I have a blast cabinet, makes it real easy to prep around welds, holes, cnc parts and all the other awkward parts. Degrease and hit it with a quality 2k primer.

Damn that sure as hell did most of the work for you

Oh its one of them tools that you dont often use but when you do its a godsend. On the downside you have to blow the frame out as it fills it with grit through all the tiny holes they put in to let gases escape when its welded.

So guys, I'll soon be ready to paint a Banshee Scythe frame I'm restoring for my lady.

She wants the Santa Cruz Nomad green.

Does anybody know the paint code for it or one of a very close match?

I would look at fluorescent green for that color. Not sure about over the pond but here in the states those off the wall colors they won't sell small amounts. May need to look at rattle cans made for RC cars. I painted a set of track fairings for an R6 to match Rossi and used those paints held up well under automotive clear. I would do a test panel on something to see if you need to base it in white first. Some of those fluorescent colors are slightly transparent.

@rAtty-c have you emailed santa cruz and asked if they could give you it?

@ratty c, go to your local auto paint store and tell them what your looking for, they have color chips and can also custom make colors.
