43 SuperM, patched the wrist up and managed a couple of laps. Sore but needed, was going mad not riding.

that sucks - mine improving with total rest and physio/massage. then I rolled my other ankle at work! Shoulda stayed in bed...

Oh no! My buddy is getting both hips done.. First one next month.... 40-50 year old skaters/bikers are going to have issues.... Hope you guys feel better.
