i had to cut weight be be a little more balanced and agile. I'm 5'11" and was at a strong 185-190 before gear. In the winter there is nowhere to ride so I partake in my other hobby of lifting. Course when summer or spring rolls around i have to cut down a bit. 190 at my height at 14% body fat is just too much bulkiness. Feel top heavy on my bike cause my build was already top heavy. lost a little flexibility and range of motion so i layed off the protein shakes and lifting and began running and riding almost everyday. now i at 173ish without gear. Fall rolls around i'll start back in the gym again for the winter

pshh 6'3 at 14, I played a team in baseball that had a kid that was 6'8 and threw straight up gas, it wasn't even funny. I also have pictures if anybody wants to see.
On topic - I'm 5'11-6'0 and about 165 pounds, i'm gaining weight rapidly and I plan to. I have wieght training for football and it carys over to baseball and don't forget the correct diet Vanilla protein shakes

i cant stand the taste of vanilla protien shakes. gonna try chocolate next though. im 5' 8" 140lbs. i've put on 15lbs since february most of it muscle. hopefully ill be atleast 155 by the end of the year.
