Hello!

For about 7 weeks now my nearly new 2007 Marzocchi All Mountain SL2 fork has had zero compression adjust! I've had it apart nearly 6 or more times trying to figure out how to make it work again. I've drained the oil, added 65ml per the 07 specs under the dampening piston, on top of the piston, nothing works. Also you are supposed to add 30psi of air into the RH dampening side but this just makes the fork super hard. I've tried filling it with oil to the top and cycling the piston, this still does nothing but make it hard.

Does anyone know how to make this thing work properly? I wish I could find the manual for it, but the 2006 is all I can find and this fork didn't exist before '07.
I can post pics if it helps at all! please help! I've crashed at least 4 times after going slight nose heavy off drops and being kicked off my bike from zero rebound adjust.

Thanks~!
