3.8 Surly Nates Brand new!

$160 CAD
Brand new set of 27tpi 3.8 Surly Nates, came with my fat bike last year and I never ended up using them. Some say the best set of tires you can put on your fat bike under 4.0 Email or call Alex 403.903.4360

2017 Fall/Winter Gear Guide - 7 Men's Kits Tested
Good disclaimer up front! I think if you can wear shorts in "winter" then you aren't allowed to use the term winter, you can say, the cooler part of your summer that lasts all year *bastards* Winter is for us in the hell-scape of Alberta style winters and beyond...

Dust and Bone: Elite Women Photo Epic - Cairns XC World Champs 2017
Pads and droppers should be mandatory, totally insane to be doing rock gardens on a hard tail with a jacked up seat in full spandex with a whisper of tread on your 200g tires.

Yamaha to Launch Their Own eMTB Lineup
This pretty overweight guy came on our big group ride a few weeks back on a Spesh Levo turbo. He was gassed at the top of every climb, didn't pass us, was slow on the downhills, but he was out, getting motivated, having fun, nobody minded it when the time came to actually face it. Our #1 ebike hater didn't have a bad word to say, when you see the positive ways it can be used. Without the motivation to ride with others and keep up in a pretty fit group, would he keep coming? keep building skills and cardio to one day transition to a normal bike? Lots of angry commentors here, I'm sure lots of guys who shuttle in trucks a lot..

Maxxis Griffin Tire - Review
Oddly I've had good luck with my Ardent 26x2.4, single compound, wire bead, have worn superbly, run at 29psi or so on 21mm rims, predictable, decent braking traction, roll quick, I run Minions now which are more of everything, including rolling resistance, but I'm a fan o Ardent.

Specialized Update Enduro for 2018 - First Look - Crankworx Whistler 2017
They updated this immediatly as the 2017 I rode a few months ago is a poor bike at best. The 29 Enduro elite was so twitchy, bad suspension action, bad bad bad Geometry, terrible tires, (other people agreed with me even the Specialized mechanic settting the bikes up said the old butcher tires are poor....) Then I rode some Santa Cruz's a month later, in a different galaxy compared to the specialized, which is crazy considering Specialized should be able to make an Enduro bike that is stable with a stiff chassis that handles. Try before you buy is all I can say!

Is This Linkage Fork the Future of Suspension? - Crankworx Whistler 2017
I was blown away when I read about how the wheelbase gets longer and it slackens by 8 deg on compression! that would be incredible for the really steep stuff!!! The styling I think is not bad, reminds me of Street Fighter motorcycles, straight out of anime! Its got to be good if they've taken the design this far, would love to try it!
