For reference,

I am 5' 11" and after asking for help regarding size and phoning a few stores to ask what size they recommend, ( not what size they have in stock!! ) I ended up with a Large which seems spot on. I think the difference in effective top tube length to a medium is only about 25mm so this would have been fine as well. So I think at your height you can go small/medium and be ok with both.

I am no expert though and this is just my opinion.

yeah i knew that i wouldnt be a large my current bike is a medium and it feels really good on some tracks but really long on others but it does seem to have quite a long rear end.

What head angles and wheelbase are people riding on their summums? Front end just keeps washing out on corners!

I'm running standard head angle and short chips in chain stays

Standard head angle and 435 rear chip, works for me !

Can some of you guy's let me know what rear spring rate compared to your full kit weight you are running.

I am about 80/81 kilo's running a 400.

Thinking of going to a 350.

Has any one changed the bearings on their summum? If so how? Had mine for 8months and bearings are fooked!

I just did a month ago. It depends what make year you have. I had a 2010 and was kind of difficult to get them out. A friend of mine has the 2011 and his were easy to remove
