The rear disk on my umf hardy is loose, i used stainless button headed bolts and tightend them up till they almost rounded off. Yet even know they havent undone (locktighted in) the disk is still loose on the hub. Its a halo spindoctor hub if of any use. PLEASE HELP!!!!

was it ever tight? if you have never been able to get it tight you may have too long of bolts.

Stupid question but are you positive the bolts are not bottoming in the hub before pinching disc to hub? Put a washer or 2 under a couple bolts just to see if it tightens up ? Other than that sounds weird.

The bolts dont foul on the hub they are the exact same size as normal rotor bolts it just when they are tightend up the rotor still turnes on the hub.

If they are tight, the rotor won't budge. what do you mean the rotor turns on the hub anyways? It's supposed to turn when the hub turns, ya know.

IF you actually have them tight the rotor wont move.

dont worry now the threads were loose on the bolt they got nylock nuts holding them on now, on the opposite side of the rotor, it seems to have solved the problem
