2009 AKDH round at Long Gulley in Wellington. This poor guy crashed into a gorse bush. I had the camera setup for a panning shot and heard the crash start. With the camera at my hip, I turned - holding the shutter button down. I also accidentally zoomed while shooting. There is NO PHOTOSHOP in this image!

Last rider, last run of practise day for a round of the NZ South Island DH Champs. Mads just caught a wheel and had a huge accident literally across the finish line. He suffered serious arm and wrist injuries. This crash was at top speed down a steep slope.

The rock garden in the wet caught a few out on raceday. This is from the 2nd round of the NZ South Island DH MTB champs in Dunedin. This course will be used for Oceanias in March
