Ok so i have 1999 boxxers. They are super nice and i put them on a different bike sorta as beaters. I had 2005 boxxers and the crowns work with the 1999 boxxers. I am wondering if anybody knows what the size of the stanchions are and what year did they get bigger.

Thanks I keep seeing 35mm and a buch of different numbers but 32 sounds right

Crowns may be compatible, lowers and stanctions not necessarily. Boxxers at one time were 6 inch, then 7, then 8. They would therefore have different length stanctions, internals, and lowers based upon travel

I understand that. Mine is 6 inches but this doesnt have anything to do with stanchion size
