Hard tail ...150mm fork?

Right now I am I am redy to get I new fork and I was wondering if I could put a140 to 150 mm fork on a giant rincon frame (20 inch ) my worry is the head tube is quite long and will it affect the riding or the frame if I get that big of a fork ?

well you can do it, its not impossible, it will just mess up your bike's geometry because it is meant for xc

The rincon is an XC frame, and a recreational level one at that... 130mm is pushing the limits of what it was meant to take.
