I just put a new driver in it. The hub rocks back and forth a bit on the axle and the cone nut comes loose on the drive side, I tightened it back up and it was loose again two minutes later
I don't understand how it can be more predictable than any khe style freecoaster?
I know when my coaster is going to engage and when not
its more that based on the auditory sound of the cassette not being there I know 100% that when Im hauling ass and bust a 180 I know there is literally no chance of it catching and looping me out. because of this I can run a slightly smaller slack gap at 60 degree of a crank rotation instead of a full 1/4 crank or more with a KHE, plus when it is making noise the instant engagement is really nice

I can almost guarantee you have stripped the threads off the axle in the perfect spot of where the cone nut should be, this happended with my old coaster just add a washer to behind the drive side cone nut between it and the cone washer and it should solve the problem but you will need to stretch you drop outs slightly to get your wheel in.

Dub post ftw!
I'll try that out and see what happens, thanks for the tip

take the lockring off and clean up the axle look and see if it looks rounded out if not check the lock ring's threads
