@recklessness: if you like to go fast they suck. Mechanical disadvantage. But for jibbing on my bmx It just makes everything tighter basically easier to keep it tucked up in a ball I guess you could say.

@crs-one: have you considered running 165 bmx cranks? I feel like they kind of tighten things up a little.

@crs-one: I don't think mountain bike cranks are designed for your style your just so god damn hard on shit tbh. Those cranks mite work well for slopestyle/ big jumps ect but the landing to flat deal is just so hard on the cranks. Something that was made to handle that impact riged and just take the brunt impact just seems more up your ally to me. I get the hole mtb purist accept tho and one day they will fix that problem but for like half the price you got something that will take a legit beating time and time again and give you less headaches and no real gamble.
