Dont allow people to post their bikes at all. If you do, there will be shitty bikes posted. If they think it is thread worthy, then they can ask, and somebody else can post it if it is worthy.

yeah they're newcastle based i think. you should try to get them to put you in their flow team haha. i know (kinda) one of their sponsored guys, called Andre. He RIPS the local indoor park haha, boosts sooo high! Eek
